Nancy’s villa was perfect for my husband and me. The pool was a great alternating activity to ocean swimming. She had lots of great info about things to do and contact numbers too. Also a handy gift bag! Nancy messaged me several times making sure we were enjoying ourselves. It was perfect! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!

We stayed for 7 nights and it served as a great home base! The unit is actually better then the pictures and everything was high quality from the linens and towels, to cookware to the furniture.

Treasure Cay is a little out of the way and still getting over hurricane Dorian, but we rented a car for a couple of days and then rented a boat (across the street) for a couple of days. We had sundown drinks at the resort next door and linner (lunch/dinner) and a superbowl party at Florence’s. The beach is right there, a 2 minute walk and the pool looked very clean.

Although there was only two of us the Villa would comfortably hold at least 4.

I almost don’t want to write a nice review because I want it to be available the next time I want to visit!!! It’s small and cozy and decorated so cute. I am an organized person and was impressed with every drawer I opened. It was by far the cleanest property that I have stayed on in Treasure and I have been visiting for about 8 years multiple times a year. We all slept great, which is important to our family. The unit is right across the pool so if you have kids you can watch them from the porch. The beach is just steps away. I will definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect. you can walk to multiple restaurants, the grocery store and you are steps from an amazing beach. The property was clean, AC worked well and was everything we needed for a good nights sleep for 3 adults and one child. Nancy was super responsive and Mike (female) property manager was very nice

My husband, 10 year old granddaughter and I stayed at this lovely villa for 24 days and loved it! The villa is beautifully decorated and everything we needed to be comfortable was included. We enjoyed the pool being so close, and the ocean with amazing clean white sand such a short walk away. My sunrise walks each morning were so peaceful! Groceries were just a short walk away as well and Florence’s Bakery is not to be missed! We found multiple good restaurants nearby, especially Treasure Sands, where we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary! Our interactions with the owners were all very positive and helpful. We can hardly wait to return to Treasure Cay and will definitely rent this same property!

So nice to return to beautiful Treasure Cay Beach. Ocean Villa’s is an excellent overall property and we loved Nancy’s unit. What an enjoyable overall week!

We had a great time at this cute and lovely furnished house! We loved to be there! The amazing beach is only a few steps away. We didn’t miss anything in the house and outside. The whole villa park is very well maintained and quiet.

The contact to Nancy was nice and very friendly and all our questions were answered quickly. She even recommended a reliable taxi driver and gave us good information in advance.

We couldn’t of asked for anything more. It was perfect being able to have everything so close (the perfect secluded white sand beach to the boat rentals in the harbor) without having to drive all over the island. The house was filled with amenities and it felt like a second home. I just wish we could have stayed longer. I will be back and maybe next time will find time to golf.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this villa and it was just as lovely as the first! Great location – steps from beach, restaurants and marina. The owners are great and very responsive/helpful! Always such an amazing, relaxing getaway with everything you need at your fingertips!

We came here looking for a quiet weekend get away and were not disappointed.

The unit was very comfortable and had every amenity you could possibly use. It was a perfect location. Beach was steps away. Short walking distance to grocery store, car rental location and two fun nightspots-Cocos and Tiosy Seagull. The on-site property manager was very helpful. She did do laundry for us. It was a bit pricey at $8 load. But nice to have clean bathing suits and towels midweek. The only down was the shower in the second bedroom had such low water pressure it was barely a trickle. Everything else was great though!

This was by far the best villa that we have stayed at in Abaco. It is clean and has all the amenities that you will need for a perfect vacation. The pool is steps away from the sliding glass door. It was very quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. Louie and Nancy, who are the owners, are very helpful with tips about the island and places to visit. They were also very quick to respond when we had questions. The grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance as well as booking excursions. We decided to rent a golf cart at the end of the week to tour the island.The beach is only a meander down a walkway through the Villas to the most beautiful sand and view that you have ever seen. I am so looking forward to going there again and will definitely stay here!

This is a favorite location for our Spring Break and Ocean Villa #908 was a great place to be. Nancy and Louie were easy to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. The villa is just steps from a great pool and a short walk to the ocean and beautiful white sand beach. There are good restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Thursday night Pizza is always a “must do” where you meet friends and later dance the night away. Thanks again to Nancy and Louie for a splendid Spring Break.

I have been to Treasure Cay the last 7 winters. Love the place and the people. The villa is in great condition, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has anything you could need and great location near the pool. short walk to the prettiest beach in the world, not crowded!!!!

It was the nicest vacation we’ve had in years! Treasure Cay is such a great resort town and Ocean Villas is right at the top of the list. We can’t wait to go back!

We’d never been to Treasure Cay before and decided to visit for our second honeymoon. This villa is beautiful and the beach is even nicer. We will definitely be back!

We arrived and got into a nice Villa where we got everything like expected. Everything was very clean and in very good conditions. On the frontside is a nice pool that we almost always had just for us and the same with the amazing beach… was basically our private beach. We had an amazing time, will come back and can absolutely recommend this Villa! The owners where super friendly, were always taking care and responding super fast on questions we had – I don´t think anything could have been better.

It´s in a walking distance to the village but if you go for a golf-car, I would recommend to make a reservation. We had to give ours away the last 2 days because we didn´t make a reservation.

in sumary: it was an amazing vacation with our kids and if you like to go for a Villa on Treasure Cay – this is the one 🙂

Perfect villa and perfect location. My wife, myself and two friends, who have been lifelong friends, spent the most relaxing and enjoyable four days in a long time. We look forward to our next visit to Treasure Cay and will look forward to our next stay in this wonderful villa too.

My mom and I visited and had one of our nicest vacations ever. The villa was super-clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, and, of course the beach was amazing! The owners were very knowledgeable and responded promptly to any questions we had, and their local property manager was very helpful too. Will definitely rent this villa again- so happy!

I had a great time this early spring at 909 Ocean Villas. I have been a regular visitor for my Leap Year Birthday, the villa was very clean, the tv”s worked great and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone at Ocean Villas was very friendly and cordial. I plan on returning next year and hopefully many years to come.

My wife an I enjoyed one of the nicest two-week island vacation accommodations we have ever enjoyed. A few steps outside the front door of this villa is a heated swimming pool on beautiful grounds surrounded by several well kept villas. A scant 100 yards from our back door lies one of the most beautiful ocean beaches we have ever seen, with brilliant, soft, white sand and breath taking turquoise water. We enjoyed watching the sunrise through the large glass sliding doors of the villa. We also enjoyed late-afternoon and sunset visits with several friendly neighbors on a deck built on the beach for just that purpose. This villa is luxuriously appointed inside with beautiful furnishings, modern high-end appliances, wide screen TVs, and free WiFi. Both the owner and the property manager she has engaged left nothing to be desired by way of attention to detail and accommodation. Certainly one of the most comfortable and pleasant stays we’ve had in a rental property. We’ll definitely opt to reserve this villa again!

Needed some time away from the cold and found myself in this villa that felt right out a magazine. Everyone on the island is extremely welcoming but I never felt the need to venture away from all of the amenities in the house, the treasure cay community and breath taking beach practically in your backyard. House was decorated with a pleasant mix of warm colors and Caribbean life. We used the full kitchen most nights and made full use of the cooking utensils and grocery store just a quick walk across the street. Golf course and tennis courts are close by and they offer rental clubs or rackets. We also rented a boat from the marina for the day and visited all of the other cays. The water is crystal clear and we were able to snorkel at remote beaches where we saw sting rays and plenty of sealife. Bring fish food to increase your experience. All of the maps and information about the cays was already in the living room under the coffee table when we arrived. I would highly recommend this villa and booking with Louie & Nancy. They made sure that everything you need to enjoy your time in Treasure Cay was available and they were always there to answer questions before I arrived.

Very cute and nicely located villa. Clean. Wish more towels were available. Expecting a Kerig to be available and it was not. Did not know how to work the existing coffee maker as it was a specialized type of coffee maker. Overall I would choose to return to this unit.

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this villa over the 4th of July weekend. We LOVED it! When we were headed back over to the islands on September 11th, with another couple, we once again contacted Nancy to see if her Villa was available. We were so happy to find out it was. The opinion of ourselves and our friends (who we bring to the Bahamas with us every summer) ALL agreed that this Villa was perfect. There is NOTHING we would improve, and we have stayed numerous places on the islands. When we choose a place, we look for free and easy wifi and a phone to the states – since we have 6 children and 5 grandchildren between us and need to be able to get in touch. Nancy has both of those things in her villa. We also look for close proximity to the beach – and this villa has it! It is also nice that there is a pool – tho we haven’t had time to use it either time we stayed here. Florence’s (cinnamon rolls!) and a small grocery store are within walking distance. I highly recommend this villa. Working with Nancy is such a pleasure!

We just returned from a weeklong vacation in Treasure Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. We stayed in Ocean Villas and are eager to return. The villa exceeded our wildest expectations! It was cozy and inviting with lots of amenities. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and well taken care of. The Villa is conveniently located steps away from one of the top beaches in the world. After a day of fun in the sun and sand we enjoyed relaxing by the pool which is located right outside the Villa’s sliding glass door. The location of the Villa is walking distance to several restaurants, bars and a grocery store. The Villa association staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had and also very friendly. The owners were a pleasure to work with while planning our vacation and we look forward to renting from them again. Can’t wait for our next stay at Ocean Villas.

My husband I had a relaxing 12 night vacation in Treasure Cay, staying at this beautifully decorated and comfortable villa. Everything we needed for our stay, was right there for our use. Within less than a 5 minute walk from the villa, our toes were in the clean, white sand of the most incredible, uncrowded beach I’ve ever seen! We spend hours walking and swimming/snorkeling in the calm water. Just steps from the villa is a quiet, crystal clear saltwater pool with plenty of lounge chairs, tables and lovely landscaping around it. We were able to walk to local shops and places to eat, rent a golf cart for further exploring and hop a boat for sightseeing on other islands. We had multiple meals, including our anniversary dinner at the Treasure Sands Club – with a lovely ocean view. For awesome, freshly baked, bread and cinnamon rolls, don’t miss Florence’s – just a short walk from the villa! The owners of the villa are friendly and have a lot of great ideas about what to see and do while visiting Treasure Cay. We can’t wait to go back, and we definitely want to stay again at this villa!

This villa is absolutely perfect, inside and out! The décor is so tropical and comfortable, and we fell in love with it when we walked in the door! We loved the pool right out the front patio and thoroughly enjoyed our daily walks on the famous Treasure Cay Beach.

The owners, Louie and Nancy, are gems, and everyone we met down there was so friendly and hospitable too!

The grounds and landscaping of these Ocean Villas are so well-kept and beautiful, and Mike, the on-site manager, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful!

This was one of our best vacations ever! We had never stayed in Ocean Villas before, and a real estate agent highly recommended this one to us.We were extremely satisfied; the folks in the area were so nice and the villa was just perfect.

And that beautiful beach! I’ve never seen such a clean, uncluttered private beach- definitely a best kept secret! Quiet and safe, just what we were looking for.

Lou and Nan are really nice owners and worked with us throughout our travel plans. Can’t wait to plan our next visit!
